If you have moved over to the Isle of Man from the United Kingdom and have pension benefits in the UK, it may be beneficial to transfer the pension over to an Isle of Man approved pension scheme before drawing the benefits. If you are taking an income from a UK pension already as an income draw down, then it can be possible to transfer the benefits to an Isle of Man pension.
The benefits include the income being subject to Manx taxation rather than the potentially higher UK taxation rates.
